Located in the iconic Old War Office building in Whitehall, London, this Grade II* listed structure has been meticulously restored and transformed into luxurious branded residences by Raffles. 

Key Components & Achievements:

• Heritage-Sensitive Electrical Design: We implemented a full electrical retrofit that respects and preserves the original Baroque architectural features, seamlessly integrating modern infrastructure with the building’s historic fabric. 
• Advanced Lighting Solutions: State-of-the-art LED lighting systems were designed to highlight the majestic proportions of the spaces — with high ceilings (up to 4.4 m) and full-length windows — while maintaining the timeless elegance of the building. 
• Safety & Compliance Upgrades: We installed reliable fire-safety systems and emergency lighting that meet modern regulations, ensuring the safety of all residents in this premium residential development.
• Intelligent Control Systems: Our installations include smart lighting control and power management systems, enabling energy efficiency, flexible lighting scenes, and enhanced user comfort.
• High-End Integration: Electrical and lighting finishes were coordinated with the building’s luxury interior design — bespoke kitchens, marble flooring, and custom millwork — to preserve the heritage feel while adding functional modernity.
• Infrastructure for Luxury Amenities: The building houses 85 private residences alongside a 5-star Raffles hotel, multiple restaurants, a spa, and extensive amenity spaces including a cinema and wellness facilities.
